- Process monthly payroll for employees, including calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with company policies, as well as federal and Vietnam regulations.
- Work closely with HR Corporate oversea to submit payroll document
- Collaborate with HR Team (Recruitment, Employees Database) to update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues from employees promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Support HR Activities Recruitments, HR Projects, Training and other activies
- Support other HR functions and perform the tasks assigned by HRM
