Lead the QA engineers to deliver the high-quality product Management delivery quality. Includes making the test plan, doing manual tests and building automatic tests Hands-on all the QA process, and test execution, including manual test. Be able to build and train the QA team for new coming products Work with developers to analyze and find the root cause of bugs. Creating test framework in Trello/ Jira or similar tool Help maintain the high quality of production applications, by building the test cases to test bugs on field machines Take responsibility for the assigned work, ensure on schedule with the best quality of the product Expected to be the person who sending final report of Product quality, helping Executive making GO/NGO decision Work with developers to analyze and find the root cause of bugs Join to different projects in company, including Web and Mobile
