- Managing Structural works and be responsible for the coordination and management of all the Technical aspects in projects (Design to IFC stage). - Representing the company to Client, during technical meetings. - Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams. - Communicating ideas and input within Design teams. - Planning projects and time management. - Value Engineering.

100% full salary during 2 months of probation; Mandatory insurances (SI, HI, UI), with an extra healthcare insurance, and health check-up; Flexible working hour from Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; An attractive monthly salary alongside Tet and other performance bonuses;

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering. - Be a licensed Structural Engineer, or possess at least equivalent Chartered or Registered Engineering accreditation and membership from a Professional Engineering Institution. - 10+ years' experience within multidisciplinary Buildings MEP Design team management. - Knowledge of Steel Structure Design is preferred. - Background experience in a Lead Design Engineer Role. - Proficient knowledge of design and engineering procedures. - Sound knowledge of various codes and standards (Knowledge of Saudi Building Code is preferred) - Design experience in various types of buildings. - Aptitude to lead and direct. - Experience of working on Design & Build projects. - Strong communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of Change Control. - Computer skills including BIM. - Ability to work under pressure. - Experience working on GCC Projects is preferred.
