- Make monthly supply plan based on demand forecast, deploy to factory department/raise order to external suppliers to meet total sell-in demand and ensure compliance with finished goods inventory policy. - Chair frequent meeting with factory/supplier to ensure production/import shipments are executed as per plan. - Review OOS, top supply related losses and identify a root cause for each. - Work effectively with factory/supplier to resolve supply issues and minimize impact on business. - Weekly review of current stock levels vs. target to ensure the right inventory available in the right place at the right time, while optimizing inventory levels with regards to backorders, inventory and stock write offs. - Drive reduction in business waste through early action planning for proposed actively driving to clear slow, expiring and obsolete stock. Work with finance and category/customer teams to develop clearance plans for stock at risk. - Constant lookout throughout the supply chain for opportunities that improves service and stocks (reduce lead times, minimize MOQ, direct shipments, etc.). - E2E Planning lead to land New Product Innovation, ensuring the launch in markets with competitive cost. - In charge of returning finished goods products process from customers with commercial team

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related discipline - Solid experiences with at least 2 years in supply planning. Make a plan with ERP is a plus. - Working Experience in Customer service, W/H and Distribution services - Budgeting & Planning - High degree of commitment, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail. - Ability to work well in a team environment, facilitate meetings and influence others. - Ability to work well under pressure, while recognizing and addressing systemic issues. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem, solving and decision making skills. - Self-motivated, results driven individual with a proven track record of process implementation
