Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development Experience leading a team of developers in a technical leadership role Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and processes Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong understanding of software development best practices, including source control management, testing methodologies, and code reviews.
