Technical Leader Inapps Technology

Work with outsourcing projects and internal products in a Technical Lead position. Design software architecture, advises tech solutions to clients, managers, stakeholders, and team members. Collaborate with other developers and teams to plan, design, develop, and maintain projects. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching, mentorship, and code reviews Maintain high standards of software quality within the team Recommend improvements to infrastructure, technology, and processes Collaborate with the Business Team in charge of PreSales solutions (technical consulting, estimation, proposal)

Other tasks will be assigned by Head of Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience in software development, technical solutions, software architecture Strong in technical solution, problem solving, trouble shooting Experience in know CI/CD, containers, virtualization and cloud operations. Fluency or understanding of one of these programming languages: NodeJS or Python or PHP, Mobile App technologies, DevOps Experience in working on Linux, Windows, Mac OS In-depth understanding of the entire software development process (design, testing, development, security and deployment) Strong experience in AWS (or GCP) Strong in logical thinking and R&D English communication is fluent.

Preferred Qualifications: Have experience with new technologies: AI, and Blockchain are a plus. Experience with microservices, SaaS, SAP, ERP, CRM Experience with other languages like Golang, Python. Experience with Docker Experience tuning and scaling high-volume transactional use cases Leadership BS in CS or related field
