-Collaborate and exchange knowledge and expertise with software development department at GSI Group; -Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects in software usage and broader implementation into the design workflows; -Assisting Sales team on technical consult and presentations to prospects; -Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (FAQs), how to guides and videos and promotes documentation/videos; -Provide technical support for software development team; -Prepare specialized software training programs/course/documents (webinar, videos, etc.) and conduct the presentation to customers/external parties; -Assist in infrastructure project design.

-Bachelor/ Master's degree in Civil/Bridge Engineering, or related field; -At least 5 years’ experience in bridge design of local projects (SE-Asia) -Experience in RM Bridge or Midas or SAP2000, FE-Modeling (FEM) is a must; -Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus; -A customer-centric attitude; -Strong problem-solving skills; -Structured working manor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail; -Fluent communication skills in English; -Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently.
