-Handle incoming calls from customers and contact customers based on available appointments (customers brought in by the -marketing team or direct contact with the company). -Provide support, advice, and clarification to customers regarding the company's services. -Work directly with English-First-Language customers. -Perform other assigned tasks from management.

-Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer care/financial services. -College degree or higher. -Fluent in English (mandatory). Candidates with an IELTS score of 7.0 or above (including a minimum of 7.0 in listening and speaking) or those who have lived/studied/worked in English-speaking countries are preferred. -Clear and articulate voice without regional accents when speaking English. -Age range: 22-33, good health. -Strong problem-solving and situational analysis skills. -Proficient in office computer skills and quick to adapt to software handling.
