Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, management, etc.; More than 5 years experience in financial derivatives trading, more than 3 years experience in team management; Have practical trading experience in futures, bitcoin, foreign exchange, crude oil, gold, stock index, etc., and master trading strategies; Familiar with common trading platforms such as TWS, MT4, MT5, cTrader, etc., understand programmatic trading, quantitative trading, and arbitrage trading; Possess strong risk awareness and risk control capabilities, and be able to effectively control transaction risks; Have good communication and coordination skills and team management skills; Possess English communication skills, and those who can also speak Chinese or have overseas study experience are preferred. Working time: from 11:00AM to 9:30 PM, specifically depending on the products being traded.

Trình độ đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành tài chính, kinh tế, quản lý...; Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm giao dịch phái sinh mảng tài chính và hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm; Có kinh nghiệm giao dịch thực tế về hợp đồng tương lai, bitcoin, ngoại hối, dầu thô, vàng, chỉ số chứng khoán,... và nắm vững các chiến lược giao dịch; Quen thuộc với các nền tảng giao dịch phổ biến như TWS, MT4, MT5, cTrader,..., hiểu về giao dịch theo chương trình, giao dịch định lượng và giao dịch chênh lệch giá; Năng lực nhận thức và kiểm soát rủi ro tốt; Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp và quản lý nhóm tốt; Khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh; Ưu tiên ứng viên là du học sinh hoặc có thể giao tiếp tiếng Trung.
