- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to guide design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Ensure seamless user experiences by working closely with developers during the implementation phase.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining KVY TECH’s design systems and standards

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
