- Greet cheerfully and escort customers to the right table. - Understand the present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies). - Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware. - Inform customers about the month or day’s specials. - Offer menu recommendations upon request. - Up-sell additional products when appropriate. - Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips. Double check always. - Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff. - Serve food and drink orders. - Check food, drink and service satisfaction during the meal. - Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. - Deliver checks and collect bills for payments. - Double check guest satisfaction and take direct feedback from customers to report to your manager if any. - Able to carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning. - Follow all relevant health department regulations. - Provide excellent customer service to guests. - Regularly attend meetings and training required by the restaurant. - Execute tasks that are assigned by superior levels. - Able to access the POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing, etc. - Able to do e-invoice. - Handling POS and cashier station during the service(cash in-out, card machine, purchasing report). - In charge of or associate with the supervisor to work on the food delivery system if required. - Able to solve all the customer's complaints in association with the manager if needed. - Be creative on getting and push the service team to get reviews (mainly on TA). - In charge of training new trainees and reporting to the manager. - Check service equipment inventory occasionally to send orders to the manager. - Able to be relocated to other branches by Marcel Group. * Address: - 115 Calmette, Nguyen Thai Binh, District 1, HCMC - 28 Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC - 202 Pham Thai Buong, Tan Phong, District 7, HCMC

- Salary: 5.000.000 - 7.000.000/month. Probation maximum 2 month, 85% salary. Flexible working hours. - Insurance policy (including social insurance and all benefit according Labor Law) - Parking fee: 10,000 VND/DAY - Meal support: 30,000 VND/DAY - Annual bonus based on time and salary - Employees after signing the labor contract will get a 50% discount in any outlets of Marcel Group. - This applies up to four people (including the employee) and the total bill under 1.000.000VND. - Family and friends of employees can benefit from a 10-20% discount, once confirmed with the concerned employee.
