Warehouse Assistant CÔNG TY TNHH PACTRA-SEBANG VINA

- Assist in keeping accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing inventory as well as monitor inventory level. - Make sure all team member follows operational rules. - Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and organization in order to improve workflow and efficiency. - Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement operational procedures. - Coordinate with relevant departments (logistics, procurement, manufacturing) to meet customer demands. - Implement quality control procedures to maintain high warehousing standards. - Conduct regular safety inspections and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager. - Report equipment malfunctions and schedule routine maintenance. - Keep detailed records of all warehouse activities, such as receipts, shipments, and inventory levels. - Monitoring the warehouse facility's day-to-day operations, collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods, accurate inventory control, and a safe work environment for warehouse employees.

- 3 year experience and above - University Graduation, prefer logistic major. - Advanced data skills and report. - Good discipline and ability to handle pressure
