MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax ,insurance according to current regulations - Update salary and employee regimes to Labor and Insurance. - Calculating insurance benefits for employees in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Insurance - Register for Tax Code, family deduction - Good knowledge of PIT Law, calculate PIT monthly - Monthly social insurance reporting forms: increase, decrease, adjust, make insurance reports - Labor report every 6 months - Monthly employee income summary report (tracking employee income commit to exceed the tax calculation threshold / year, synthesize data to prepare QT at the end of the year) - Using TS24 software to declare tax, social insurance

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Gender: Female - Graduated from College/University majoring in Human Resource Management, Human Resources, or other related fields… - Experience required: 2-3 years, preferably C&B in agencies or Paroll Service company - Excel proficiently: use accurate calculation formulas, make payroll, - reports on request. - Know the regulations on salary and benefits of social insurance and the law - labor - Update and propose changes according to new regulations of social insurance and labor law - Be able to change the salary calculation method according to the new regulations of social insurance association and labor law
